Owen is two months old! He is just growing ever faster it seems. He is learning how to smile, which does nothing but turn his parents into mush. He LOVES taking baths and kicks his little legs and splashes the water with his arms. We are getting closer to sleeping through the night. He usually sleeps for one 5-6 hour stretch, and then 2 hours after that before he is awake and ready for the day. He is much more alert now and wants to play with a little jungle gym we have for him. He loves the sound of his voice and is practicing all sorts of oooh's and ahhh's and squeals. At night before he goes to bed, I sing to him and rock him to sleep. He will usually coo and hum right along with me. Owen is sure keeping us busy and we love every minute!

Favorite Snaps of Owen
With February gone and March almost halfway through, time now with Owen seems to be flying! How come pregnancy can't go that fast?! But I wanted to capture some of our favorite moments from the past little while...as if I haven't taken enough pictures already:).
My handsome men
Post sucking the life out of his pacifier.
We tried a little reading time. Katie Powers Wilson gave us our first children's book...Madeline.
He got bored. Maybe we'll have better luck in a month or two:).
Owen already loves hockey.
He's even cute when he cries.
Ultimate relaxation.
Burrito wrap.
And these afternoon naps definitely top my list.
Time or should I say torture with Uncle Luke. But isn't that what uncles are for? He's saying "Mom help me!"
"What did you say?"
Taking his first walk outside.
With a baby, some nights dinner looks like this...macaroni and cheese, stuffing, and grapefruit.
I have a picture like this when I was a baby on this blanket. This blanket was a gift to my mom from ladies in her ward.
"Hey Mom! Dad is the best!"
His sleeping positions crack me up!
Icemen Championship
Mark and Joe played in their Provo hockey league championship this week. They played hard against the Dirty Dozen but unfortunately weren't able to keep up with a final score of 3-6. Mark's work friends Aaron Ludwig and family and Dave Mathis came to support. A bunch of people from our ward also came to cheer. It was a fun night despite! It was also a momentous night being Owen's first hockey game. I don't think I'll be taking Owen out into public again any time soon. If he hasn't been sick yet, he'll get sick now from being around so many people. But we just couldn't miss!
Somebody landed himself in the penalty box:)
Our neighbor George Tate. He might be Mark and Joe's most loyal fan.
